About This Service

Optimovo Ltd ("we," "us," "our") operates the Optimovo Voice AI-powered call answering service for businesses. As part of our service, we send SMS text message notifications to enrolled staff members when a call is handled by the system.

What Messages Will I Receive?

Call notification messages containing caller details, the reason for the call, and follow-up instructions. These are transactional service notifications, not marketing messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive one message per inbound call handled by the AI answering system. There are no recurring promotional messages.

How Do I Opt In?

By visiting the SMS enrollment page, the business owner or staff member provides their phone number and checks a box agreeing to receive SMS call notifications from Optimovo Voice. Additionally, users can text START to (813) 513-9487 to opt in. Only phone numbers explicitly enrolled through these methods receive messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How Do I Opt Out?

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also contact us at info@optimovo.com to request removal.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
